    • Cancellations made within 3 minutes of placing the order may receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made after 3 minutes but before 10 minutes of the scheduled delivery may receive a partial refund.
    • Cancellations made within 15 minutes of the scheduled delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Orders that have been prepared and are in the process of delivery or have already been delivered are generally not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds will not be provided for orders where the cancellation request is made after the designated cutoff time.
